按"FUNC"进入选单画面

Function Menu; 1.Report,   2.Batch, 3.Review, 4.Find

按"q" 到第六个选项写着   "6.Tip Menu" 然后按"ENTER"

Tip   Menu; 1.Scroll Untipped, 2.By Invoice,    3.By Srvr/Clerk#, 4.By Trans#, 5.By Card Type,  6.By Card Num.

按 "4" 或按"q" 至4.By Trans#" 然后按”ENTER”

输入单号然后按   "ENTER"

机器显示该交易卡号及金额，如果确定是您要加小费的交易请按”ENTER”

输入小费后按”ENTER” 机器会显示修改过后的金额及小费，正确的话请按”ENTER”

输入下一笔需更改小费的交易单号或按”CANCEL” 退出回到主画面

取消交易

按"q" 至选项8"Void"   然后按 "ENTER"

Enter Password

输入密码   "990712" 然后按   "Enter"

Select   PMT Type; 1. Credit

选择 "1.Credit"

Enter Trans#

输入想取消的交易单号后按   "Enter"

Transaction   info

画面显示该交易讯息，正确的话按 "Enter"

Void ####?; ENTR=Yes, CANC=No

机器做最后确认。确定取消的话，请按”Enter"

退款

输入交易单号然后   "Enter"

Choose   Copy Type; 1.Customer, 2. Merchant

选择1.Customer Copy 或 2.Merchant Copy

打印报告

按   "Func"

Function Menu; 1.Report,   2.Batch, 3.Review, 4.Find

按 “1.Report"， 再按1. Total  Report

打印细节报告

Input Account;F3 "Credit" ;F4   "Sale"

按   "Menu"

Main   Menu; 1.Reports, 2.Merchant Settings,      3.Operation Settings, 4.Host Settings

选择 "1" for Reports

Enter Password:

输入密码   "990712" 然后按   "Enter"

Reports;   1.Default Report, 2.Current Report,             3.History Report, 4.Display Trans

选择 "2. Current Report”

Select Card Type; 1.All, 2.Visa,   3.MasterCard, 4.AMEX

选择   "1.All"

Sort   Methods; 1.By Trans#, 2.By Card Type

选择如何排列报告1. 照单号 2. 照信用卡的类别

Select Tran Type; 1.All, 2.Sale,   3.Return, 4.V/Sale

按   "1. All"

Set   Cur Defualts; Entr= Yes, Canc=No

按"Enter" 如果您想将此报告设成预设的报告或按"Cancel”(只一次性打印)

打印小费报告
